This Seminar at Seas is a massage therapist's dream come true!  We will set sail on Royal Caribbean's Liberty of the Seas, which departs out of Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, FL on March 24, 2025, and returns on March 28, 2025.

This cruise starts with some fantastic CE classes. Learn skills that will boost your massage practice. You will be able to earn 12 live hands-on hours while on board.  As a bonus for Florida Massage therapists, we will also provide an additional online home study package that includes all of the Florida required hours for the August 2025 massage license renewal. 

You then have two port days in the Bahamas to explore and enjoy life! The first port of call is Nassau, Bahamas where you will have an entire day to explore this tropical paradise and then on to enjoy a Perfect Day at Cococay, Bahamas, Royal Caribbean's private water park and playground. 

Course Offerings

In between ports of call, you can spend some of your free time meeting other amazing massage therapists (getting a little bodywork yourself) while you earn the massage continuing credit hours that you need for license renewal. You will learn some great skills that you can immediately incorporate into your practice. 

While on this cruise, you can take:

 EZ Neck and Back where you will some of the most necessary protocols from some of our most sought-after classes. This is a quick and easy 12-hour, live, hands-on course where you will learn skills that you will immediately put into practice.

Fundamentals of Thai Massage where you will learn a complete full-body Thai massage routine that your clients will love to receive and you will love to perform!

*Bonus for Florida LMTs - you will also receive a complimentary additional 12-hour online home study program which will include all of Florida's required hours necessary for 2025 license renewal which must be completed by August 31, 2025.

Ship Amenities
 

We will set sail on Royal Caribbean's Freedom-class ship, "The Liberty of the Seas."  While on board, in addition to learning some great new skills and networking with other top massage therapists, you will have plenty of time to enjoy the great activities that this ship has to offer including pool parties, outdoor movie nights, table tennis, get a thrill on the "Perfect Storm" or the "Perfect Storm" water slide, test your surfing skills on the Flow Rider, take dance lessons, go ice skating, you might be able to be a contestant at a game show and win a prize! This is a very family-friendly cruise, sporting an arcade, kid's adventure center and a teen lounge. You will be living the good life going to dinner, dancing, and watching Broadway-style shows and performers. Take some time to relax with a spa treatment, a dip in the hot tub, or sip on a coffee or a cocktail. We hope that lady luck will be on your side if you are checking out the casino. Are you a foodie? Prepare to be delighted! Being on board this ship is like vacationing at a luxury resort. This is the best way to earn your CE hours!

Ports of Call and Excursions
 

Your cruise departs from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. If you are flying in from out of town, you might want to come in a couple of days early or stay a couple of days longer to check out the beaches, the shopping and the South Florida nightlife!

The first port of call is in Nassau, Bahamas.  You will have an entire day to explore the island. A day pass to an Atlantis Aquaventure is always a crowd-pleaser. You can go snorkeling or for a ride on a glass-bottom boat or go shopping at the straw market. This is a very easy port to just get off the ship and stroll around. There are straw markets and shops and plenty of things to keep you entertained, within walking distance from the ship. Check out the free public beach or take a tour on one of the water taxis that run between Nassau and Paradise Island every half hour. 

We will be offering a special event while in Nassau. We will be offering the LMT Tax Workshop (for a small extra fee) at the British Colonial Hotel. Not only will you learn great things in this tax-advantaged class, but you will also receive a complimentary day pass to the resort. The hotel is within walking distance from the port and will offer a day of education and relaxation. Make the most of your trip by enrolling in this event. 

The next port of call allows you to have the Perfect Day at CocoCay, Bahamas. CocoCay is Royal Caribbean's private island. You can relax on the beach at Chill Island, lounge at the pool at the Oasis Lagoon, go on a hot air balloon ride, go on a zip line, or check out their "Thrill Waterpark" complete with waterslides, a plunge and a wave pool. Much of this experience is included with the price of your fare, including food at some locations and amenities. You may also decide to upgrade to a more premium experience with your own Overwater Cabana or a helium balloon ride. 

Not only will you get all of the CEs that you need for license renewal, but you will also have a ton of free time for adventures and fun. You will just love the excursion options!
 

Sailing Itinerary/Class Schedule
 

*EZ Neck and Back and Fundamentals of Thai Massage are held in 2 parts for a total of 12 credits.
The entirety of the class must be completed to earn credit hours.

**An additional charge applies for the LMT Tax Workshop. This event includes a day pass to enjoy the amenities at the hotel.

The dates and times for the above-scheduled classes are subject to change.
Students enrolled in departure day classes may board as early as 11:30 am.
 

Travel Package Details

This travel package includes enrollment in unlimited LMT Success Group classes while onboard this sailing.  The fare also includes your stateroom, including a cabin steward and too many onboard amenities to mention. There are unlimited meals virtually every hour of the day or night (including room service), Las Vegas-style entertainment including live shows and a friendly casino, fun and fitness activities to keep you moving or relaxing if you prefer, and of course luxury transportation to the breathtaking ports mentioned above. 

For the best pricing, please book early!  In some instances, there may be extra incentives for booking your cabin more than six months before the ship sailing. You may place a $250 per person deposit to hold your cabin at our group rate. The deposit is fully refundable up until the final payment is due. The date of final payment will vary based on the sailing. Please ask Travel Group International for more details. To take advantage of our group rate, it is very important to book four to six months before the sailing. We have a variety of rooms in our room block, however, once the cabins are reserved or released, cabin pricing is subject to availability.

The cruise rates are per person based on 2 passengers in a cabin:

Inside Cabin: $1031 for each student
Ocean View Cabin: $1169 for each student
Balcony Cabin: $1298 for each student

Discounted pricing is available for a 2nd passenger in the cabin if they are a guest not attending classes. Rates include your cruise, meals, onboard LMT Success Group classes and government fees. Port taxes are an additional $127.35.
